All of our boots are meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans in Los Angeles.

• Regularly wipe off dirt and dust with a clean, soft dry cloth after every use. For stubborn stains, use a damp cloth (not soaked) and gently clean the affected area.
• Avoid using harsh chemicals or cleaners, as they may damage the leather and other materials.
• Protect your boots from water and moisture. If they get wet, allow them to air dry naturally, away from direct heat sources like radiators or sunlight, which can cause the leather to shrink, warp or be discolored.
• Store your boots in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. To maintain their shape, use boot trees or stuff them with tissue paper to prevent major creasing or collapsing. Store boots in dust bags or shoe box when not in use to protect them from dust and scratches.
• Inspect the soles regularly. If you notice any significant wear, consider having them professionally re-soled to extend the life of your boots.
• Avoid walking on abrasive surfaces whenever possible to prevent excessive sole wear.
• If any damage occurs, we recommend seeking professional repair services from an experienced cobbler who specializes in luxury footwear. This ensures that your boots are properly maintained.

Yes, our boots run true to size. For half sizes or wide feet, we recommend sizing up. Please refer to our ‘Size Guide’ for detailed measurements and accuracy.
